Student Rules & Policies
To ensure a safe, professional, and effective learning environment, all students must adhere to the following policies:
1. Learner’s Permit Requirement
• All students must possess a valid learner’s permit before beginning any driving lessons.
• Students must have their permit in their possession during every lesson.
2. Compliance with State Laws
• Students are required to follow all state and local traffic laws at all times during training.
• Any illegal, unsafe, or reckless driving behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Proper Conduct & Behavior
• Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and staff.
• Disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be permitted.
• Students must follow all instructions given by the driving instructor.
4. Termination Policy
• Failure to follow school policies, state driving laws, or instructor guidance may result in immediate termination of training without a refund.
• Outshine Driving School reserves the right to dismiss any student who compromises safety or violates these rules.
5. Rescheduling Policy
• Students must notify the school at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a lesson.
• Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a rescheduling fee.
6. Recording Policy
• For safety, quality assurance, and policy compliance, all lessons may be audio and/or video recorded.
• Recordings are used to ensure that school policies and safety standards are properly followed.
